      We sell to many customers and on average one in 300 need to read the following - A WARNING to the dishonest: It is very rare but some think all they have to do is call their card company to have our charge taken off their bill. Some just do not recognize Discovery Center on their bill and don't bother to contact us.

      This is the same as writing a bad check and causes us bank fee charges. For this reason we keep a network of lawyers on retainer to prosecute and recover our loses. So anyone doing this is liable for the court cost and our lawyers cost and our loses, which comes to several hundred dollars. When this happens we immediately supply your bank with proof of the order and it is credited back to us. But we still accrue bank processing fees and require payment for loses caused by such actions. We avoid this if possible so please use our customer service if you have any concerns or need help. Sorry to have to address this but it happens and it is better to be forewarned. ALSO: Our Order Form captures your remote address to help us track down credit card fraud users.
